#WWEM18 Fully automated flow analyser.

For many analysts, WWEM 2018 (21-22 November 2018 Telford GB) will be the first opportunity to see SEAL Analytical’s latest autoanalyzer, the AA500, a fully automated, high throughput, segmented flow analyzer. The AA500 has a compact, all-in-one housing, and provides up to 6 channels for simultaneous analysis of multiple parameters with ultra-low detection limits and excellent repeatability. With fully automatic control of start-up, reagents, heating, digestion, distillation, air injection, analysis and shutdown, the AA500 frees laboratory staff for other work.

This will also be the first British outing for SEAL’s Minilab 1200, a robotic handling system for automating BOD measurements. Fast, reliable and compact, the Minilab 1200 has multiple electrode options – other analyses such as pH, conductivity, alkalinity, turbidity and COD can also be automated.

SEAL distributes and services the XPERT TOC/TN analyzer from Trace Elemental Instruments, and this will also feature on the SEAL stand. Experts will be on hand to explain the many advantages of this compact, all-in-one PC-controlled analyzer.

Continuing the automation theme, SEAL’s latest discrete analyzer, the AQ400, will be on display, providing auto-standard preparation, auto-dilution, automatic method changeover and low reagent consumption. Approved applications (EPA, ISO) include nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, phosphate, Chromium VI, TKN, TP etc. in water, wastewater, soils, extracts and digests.
