#Productronica New vision system from Adaptsys.

Adaptsys will demonstrate a new vision system for the V-Tek TM50 manual taping machine that will eliminate many common errors associated with taping parts. The new system which offers both manual and automated configurations, performs multiple checks, including Mark, Orientation and Ink Dot inspection to verify that parts have been correctly inserted into the tape pockets.

vtekTM50The new vision system can be set up within a couple of minutes. Data logging to an FTP or other storage device is available as an option. The system has been specifically designed for easy integration with the TM-50 and is ideal for retrofitting to existing machines. Visitors to Productronica, will be able to see the vision system operating on the Adaptsys’ stand (Hall A1 Booth 421).

Adaptsys will also demonstrate the new ProgWorx ISP, a new parallel programmer that allows manufacturers to improve the capacity of their production lines by freeing up the ATE system, and to reduce the programming time by using optimised programmers.
