Authors and educationists in automation to be honoured!

Celebrating 50 Years!

To honour their fellows contributions to the automation profession, Eoin D. Ó Riain, ISA Publications Department Vice President, Steve Pflantz, ISA Professional Development Department Vice President and Donald G. Dunn, ISA Standards and Practices Department Vice President invite ISA book authors, ISA training course instructors, ISA standards committee chairs, ISA 2012 Automation Week program committee members, ISA Publications Department members, ISA Professional Development Department members, ISA Standards and Practices Board members, and other automation society leaders for a Publications and Standards Awards Ceremony and Reception on Tuesday, 25 September 2012, 6:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. in the Stage Area (inside the ISA Automation Week showcase hall), Orange County Convention Center (Orlando FL USA).

VP Ó Riain pointed out that “this is an opportunity to help celebrate the 50th Anniversary of ISA’s technical journal, ISA Transactions, The Journal of Automation. In addition, this is an opportunity for us to extend a personal thank you for your contributions to develop and deliver technical resources to automation professionals.”

Light hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served during the reception.
